Cancellation Policy

Thank you so much for booking your CPR and First Aid class with us! Classes will begin 10 minutes after your scheduled session. So, if you are booked at 2:00, the class will actually start at 2:10pm, as an example. This will not affect the end time. In fact, most times we finish several minutes before our end time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us with at least 24 hours of notice. Please allow up to 8 hours to receive your training link for our online, blended classes. We will be in the Meeting Room at the Centennial Hills Library. The room is located near the vending area. Thank you! We are looking forward to seeing you soon!
